Automatic Feeding: Waste edge trims generated by the thermoforming machine are directly guided into the crusher via a dedicated feeding chute.
High-Speed Crushing: The precision rotary cutter and fixed blade work together to cut and crush the plastic scraps into uniform flakes, ensuring consistent particle size.
Air Conveying & Collection: The crushed flakes are automatically conveyed through the built-in blower and pipeline to a collection bag or directly to the raw material bin for recycling.
