The core configuration of the machine is pneumatic cylinder stretching system. It adopts high-quality air cylinder to realize flexible and uniform stretching of plastic sheets, which can effectively avoid cup body deformation, uneven wall thickness and other problems caused by excessive stretching force. The stretching stroke and speed can be flexibly adjusted according to different cup specifications, adapting to the production of thin-walled and conventional cups, with high forming qualification rate.
Matching with high-power hydraulic drive system, it provides stable and strong driving force for the whole forming process, ensuring smooth operation of the machine during long-term continuous production. The hydraulic system has the advantages of low noise, low energy consumption and strong load-bearing capacity, and is equipped with overload protection and pressure regulation functions to avoid equipment damage caused by abnormal pressure and ensure safe and stable operation.
The whole machine adopts full-automatic operation mode, integrating sheet unwinding, precise heating, pneumatic stretching, hydraulic forming, punching cutting and automatic stacking.
