The core feature of this machine is the servo motor stretching system, which controls the stretching stroke, speed and force with micron-level precision. It ensures uniform wall thickness of the cup body, smooth surface, and consistent size, effectively reducing the defect rate caused by uneven stretching.
At the same time, the high-power hydraulic drive system provides stable and strong forming pressure, which can easily handle the forming of thin-walled and complex-shaped cups. The hydraulic system runs smoothly with low noise, and is equipped with pressure feedback and overload protection functions, ensuring long-term stable operation.
The whole machine is equipped with an intelligent PLC control system and a touch screen operation interface. It supports parameter presetting, storage and one-click switching between different cup specifications, which greatly reduces the time for manual debugging. The machine is compatible with PP, PS, PET and other common plastic sheets, and can produce drinking cups, milk tea cups, coffee cups, yogurt cups and other products of different capacities (50ml-1000ml).
With a high-rigidity frame structure and high-quality wear-resistant parts, the machine has a long service life and low maintenance cost. It can be perfectly matched with plastic sheet extruders, cup printing machines and inline crushers to form a complete closed-loop production line, helping customers improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
