The machine takes the 90mm single screw as the core component, which is made of high-quality alloy steel. After precision machining and heat treatment, it has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. The optimized screw structure ensures sufficient plasticizing of plastic raw materials, uniform melting, stable extrusion, and effectively avoids problems such as uneven sheet thickness, bubbles and impurities caused by insufficient plasticizing. The screw speed can be steplessly adjusted, which can flexibly match the production demand of different thickness and width of sheets.
It adopts full-automatic operation mode, integrating raw material feeding, melting plasticizing, extrusion molding, cooling shaping and winding. Equipped with an intelligent PLC control system and a touch screen operation interface, it is simple and intuitive to operate. Operators can complete parameter setting (temperature, speed, sheet thickness) and production start and stop with one key, greatly reducing manual intervention and labor cost.
The machine is compatible with various common plastic raw materials such as PP, PS, PET and PE, and can produce sheets of different thicknesses (0.1mm-5mm) and widths (customizable according to customer needs). The high-precision temperature control system can accurately control the heating temperature of each section, ensuring the stability of plasticizing effect and product quality. The frame is made of high-rigidity steel, with stable structure and strong load-bearing capacity, which can adapt to long-term continuous production.
The produced plastic sheets have the advantages of smooth surface, uniform thickness, no bubbles and no impurities, meeting the requirements of food grade and international environmental protection standards.
