Production Process (How It Works)
Feeding: Edge trim, runner scrap and defective parts from the paired thermoforming or extrusion line are automatically fed into the enclosed crushing chamber via direct chute or conveyor, eliminating manual transfer.
Crushing: High-precision rotating blades cut the scrap into uniform pieces, with a customizable screen at the bottom to strictly control the final output particle size.
Conveying & Classifying: Airflow lifts ground material to the stainless steel cyclone separator, where qualified granules are sorted for discharge and oversized particles return for re-crushing.
Dust Collecting & Discharging: The matched high-density filter bag captures fine powder to achieve zero dust leakage, and finished recycled granules are collected for direct reuse in production.
