Production Process (How It Works)

Heating: Flat thermoplastic sheet roll is fed through a precision heating oven, evenly heated to a soft, formable state

Forming: The softened sheet is transferred to the mold station, pressed tightly to the mold cavity via positive air pressure (optional vacuum assist) to form the cup shape

Cutting: Formed cups are in-line die-cut and cleanly trimmed from the continuous sheet

Stacking: Automatic stacking system collects finished cups and arranges them neatly for packaging
