1. Precision In-Line Trimming Integration
Operating within a multi-station setup demands absolute synchronization. Our cutting and punching elements utilize premium hardened SKD11 or Cr12MoV tool steel, precision-ground to achieve tolerances within +/-0.05mm. This ensures perfectly clean, burr-free edges, smooth container rims, and a significantly extended blade lifespan.
2. Advanced Plug Assist Technology
To handle deep-draw containers without corner thinning, we integrate high-grade syntactic foam (Syntac) or POM plug assists. The plug movement is calculated to optimize material distribution, saving up to 15% in sheet thickness while maintaining structural rigidity and top-load strength.
3. Conformal CNC Cooling System
The mold base is crafted from aviation-grade aluminum alloy (7075/6061) for rapid heat transfer. Utilizing advanced 3D CNC machining, our built-in water cooling channels follow the exact contour of the container. This uniform, rapid cooling drastically minimizes cycle times (down to 3.5-5 seconds) and prevents product warping.
