1.主机结构及部件

塑料杯印刷机采用模块化一体化设计,由6个核心系统组成,分工明确,维护方便:

1.1自动送杯系统

由储杯斗、分杯轮、变频电机和输送导轨组成。可自动分离输送堆叠的杯子,适应不同口径的塑料杯,实现自动送料,无需人工操作。

1.2旋转分度主框架

采用加厚焊接钢板制成,是整机的核心轴承部分,配备高精度凸轮分度器和回转转盘,保证工位定位精度,为整机运行提供稳定支撑。

1.3多色打印注册系统

由印刷滚筒、网纹辊、墨槽、调墨机构、刻字印刷滚筒和刮刀组成,支持1-6色印刷,每个色单元可独立微调,确保套印准确无色偏。

1.4干燥固化系统

每个印刷单元均配备热风干燥或UV固化装置。每种颜色印刷后,立即干燥,避免油墨弄脏,保证印刷图案的清晰度。

1.5自动卸料收集系统

由出口输送带和堆垛架组成,可自动收集印刷杯子,堆叠整齐,便于后续包装搬运,减少人工分拣工作。

1.6电控系统

采用PLC控制器,触摸屏操作界面,变频调速及故障报警功能,可一键设置打印速度、工位间隔等参数,操作简单易学。

2.工作原理

该机采用柔性凸版印刷原理,结合间歇旋转操作方式,整个工作过程全自动,无需人工干预:

1、将叠好的空杯放入自动进料斗,机器会自动将杯子分开送到旋转转盘站。

2、在凸轮分度器的驱动下,转盘间歇转动,杯子按设定的速度依次送到相应的印刷站。

3、雕刻印刷滚筒通过网纹辊将油墨转移到杯面,图案通过印刷辊的压力印在杯子外壁。

4、每种颜色印刷完成后,干燥系统立即对油墨进行固化,以确保下一种颜色印刷不会弄脏上一种图案。

5、所有颜色打印完成后,转盘继续旋转,打印好的杯子通过输送装置送到收集架,完成整个打印过程。
