1. Main Machine Structure & Components
The plastic cup printing machine adopts modular integrated design, consisting of 6 core systems, with clear division of labor and easy maintenance:
1.1 Automatic Cup Feeding System
Composed of cup storage hopper, cup separating wheel, variable frequency motor and conveying guide rail. It can automatically separate and convey stacked cups, adapt to different calibers of plastic cups, and realize automatic feeding without manual operation.
1.2 Rotary Indexing Main Frame
Made of thickened welded steel plate, it is the core bearing part of the whole machine. Equipped with high-precision cam indexer and rotary turntable, it ensures the accuracy of station positioning and provides stable support for the operation of the whole machine.（采用加厚钢板焊接制成，是整机的核心承载部件，配备高精度凸轮分度器和旋转转盘，保证工位定位精准，为整机运行提供稳定支撑。）
1.3 Multi-color Printing & Registration System
It is composed of printing roller, anilox roller, ink tank, ink adjusting mechanism, engraved printing cylinder and doctor blade. It supports 1-6 color printing, and each color unit can be finely adjusted independently to ensure accurate overprinting without color deviation.
1.4 Drying & Curing System
Each printing unit is equipped with hot air drying or UV curing device. After each color is printed, it is dried immediately to avoid ink smudging and ensure the clarity of the printed pattern.
1.5 Automatic Discharging & Collecting System
It is composed of outlet conveyor belt and stacking rack, which can automatically collect printed cups, stack them neatly, and facilitate subsequent packaging and handling, reducing manual sorting work.
1.6 Electric Control System
Adopting PLC controller, touch screen operation interface, variable frequency speed regulation and fault alarm function. It can set printing speed, station interval and other parameters with one click, and the operation is simple and easy to learn.
2. Working Principle
The machine adopts the principle of flexible relief printing, combined with intermittent rotary operation mode, and the whole working process is fully automatic without manual intervention:
1. Put the stacked empty cups into the automatic feeding hopper, and the machine will automatically separate the cups and send them to the rotary turntable station.
2. Driven by the cam indexer, the turntable rotates intermittently, and the cups are sent to the corresponding printing station in sequence according to the set speed.
3. The engraved printing cylinder transfers the ink to the cup surface through the anilox roller, and the pattern is printed on the outer wall of the cup through the pressure of the printing roller.
4. After each color is printed, the drying system immediately cures the ink to ensure that the next color printing will not smudge the previous pattern.
5. After all colors are printed, the turntable continues to rotate, and the printed cups are sent to the collecting rack through the conveying device to complete the whole printing process.
