Plastic Cup Thermoforming Machine

Product Overview

Our plastic cup thermoforming machine is a professional automatic equipment specially developed for producing disposable plastic cups. It adopts positive air pressure forming technology, which is mainly used to form plastic sheets into cup-shaped products through positive air pressure. It is perfectly matched with the sheet extrusion machine and cup printing machine to form an integrated production line of "sheet extrusion - forming - printing". It is widely used in food, beverage and other industries, and is the core equipment for mass production of disposable plastic cups.

Main Structure & Components

The machine adopts modular design, with clear division of labor and easy maintenance. The core components include:

1. Positive Air Pressure Forming System

Composed of air pressure cylinder, pressure regulating valve and forming mold, it is the core part of the machine. The plastic sheet is pressed into the cup shape by positive air pressure, and the pressure can be adjusted according to the thickness of the sheet and the size of the cup to ensure uniform forming and consistent cup mouth size.

2. Sheet Feeding System

It is composed of feeding hopper, conveying guide rail and frequency conversion motor, which can stably convey plastic sheets of different thicknesses and widths to the forming station, realizing automatic feeding without manual operation.

3. Electric Control System

Adopting PLC programmable controller, touch screen operation interface, frequency conversion speed regulation and fault alarm function. All parameters such as air pressure, feeding speed and forming time can be set by one key, and the operation is simple and easy to learn.

4. Cup Stacking Machine

It is specially matched with the forming machine, which is used to sort and stack the formed cups, realize automatic alignment and stacking, and cooperate with the printing machine to complete the integrated production of forming and printing.

Working Principle

The machine adopts positive air pressure forming principle. The plastic sheet is conveyed to the forming station through the feeding system, and the positive air pressure is used to press the sheet into the shape of a cup. The pressure is adjusted according to the material and thickness of the sheet to ensure that the cup body has uniform thickness and no deformation. After forming, the cup is conveyed to the stacking machine through the conveyor belt for automatic stacking, and then enters the printing process to complete the integrated production of "forming - printing - packaging".

Main Features

Adopt positive air pressure forming technology, stable operation and high forming precision, which can ensure the consistency of cup shape and size.

Full automatic feeding and stacking, saving labor cost and improving production efficiency.

Strong compatibility, which can be perfectly connected with sheet extruder and printing machine to form an integrated production line.

The machine body is made of high-quality structural steel, which is wear-resistant and durable, and has a long service life.

Customizable mold and forming parameters to meet the production needs of different specifications of plastic cups.
