主要结构和组件

该机采用模块化设计,分工明确,运行稳定,维护方便,核心部件包括:

1、正气压成型系统

作为整机的核心部分,由气压缸、调压阀和盖子成型模具组成,利用正气压将塑料片压成杯盖形状,气压可根据片材厚度和杯盖大小灵活调节,确保成型的盖子厚度均匀、形状规整、表面光滑无毛刺,与相应的塑料杯完美匹配。

2.送纸系统

可将不同厚度的塑料板稳定输送到成型工位,实现自动送料,无需人工操作,输送速度可调,与成型速度一致,保证连续稳定生产。

3.电气控制系统

采用PLC可编程控制器和触摸屏操作界面,具有变频调速、故障报警和过载保护功能,进料速度、成型时间、加热温度等所有生产参数均可一键设置和调节,操作简单易学,适合不同级别的操作人员,确保安全稳定生产。

4.盖子堆叠装置

特别搭配盖子成型机,通过传送带直接输送到堆叠装置,装置自动分拣,将杯盖堆叠整齐,便于与塑料杯包装搭配,节省人工分拣时间。

5.加热系统

由分段加热板、温控传感器和隔热层组成,用于将塑料片材加热到最佳软化温度,分段加热设计保证片材受热均匀,避免局部过热或受热不足,保证片材具有良好的可塑性,为杯盖的高精度成型奠定了基础。

工作原理

该机采用正气压成型原理,与塑料杯热成型机的工作逻辑一致,整个生产过程全自动,无需人工干预,具体步骤如下:

1、送纸:将塑料片材(PP/PS/PET)放入加热部分,送纸系统以匀速稳定地将片材输送到正气压成型站,确保片材输送稳定无偏差。

2、片材加热:分段加热系统根据片材将塑料片材加热到相应的软化温度,使片材变得柔软可塑,便于后续正气压成型。

3、正气压成型:正气压成型系统向模具内注入稳定的高压空气,利用气压将软化的塑料片压入杯盖成型模具内,使片材与模具表面紧密贴合,一步成型杯盖形状(包括盖边、卡扣等结构)。

4、冷却成型:杯盖成型后,风冷装置快速冷却杯盖,使软化的塑料片固化成型,保证杯盖保持形状不变形,保证杯盖的尺寸精度。

5、盖子堆放:成型的杯盖通过传送带输送到盖子堆放装置,堆放装置自动将杯盖分拣堆放整齐,便于后续印刷、包装和与塑料杯配套,完成塑料盖子的整个生产过程。
